Windmill Flower Farm is our home, a historic 1929 home on 5 acres located in Northern California with perfect weather and soil to grow beautiful flowers for any occasion or event. The farm is owned by husband and wife. Frank and Paula Carli since 2006 and has an 1880 signature Windmill in the yard. Farming has been part of the Carli family for 3 generations using sustainable farming practices; water management and conservation; and good stewardship of the land.
